1. First go to www.paypal.com
2. Select which country and language you prefer.
3. Choose Type of Account.
4. Add your credit card details.
5. Verify account through the email address you provided.
6. From you Paypal Site, Click "Link and Confirm Credit Card".
7. Add Security questions from your account.
8. Now wait till you can check your credit card statement. You will find a Paypal Code for four digits. Add this code to confirm with Paypal.
Your Paypal Account is now ready to do shopping online.
